such as commission number or artwork description.
This text will be printed on invoices, picking notes or
productionlabels, to facilitate the distribution of your wares
to your customers.
However the text will NOT be transmitted
to the productionworkplaces.


If you need to convey special informations concerning your orders
please send them via e-mail or call us directly.
You can not transmit informations concerning your order
via the Webshop to the production directly!
We are pleased to continue to fulfill your special requests.


For matboard production certain additional
information like double-matting or coloured facets
can be required. Please enter them
in the "productiontext" box.

If you want to order a chopped spacer
for aluminium moulding Go4Frame profile 35
please type in the cutting measurements profile 35
and put into the basket. Afterwards you can add to your order
in the fitting position of supplies
matching spacers and assembling corners.

the production of frames or chops in custom colours takes 2 workdays
longer than a production of normal frames and chops.
By ordering in the webshop you can define, if you wish
a) overall delivery of your products
b) a partial delivery of your products with shipping costs per delivery
c) shippment of custom colours - production with the
next order.

From now on positions in the shopping cart can be copied.
This is helpful if more positions
with the same item number but with different measurements
need to be tiped in.
